Biography in brief

My career in art has been wide, varied and very interesting bringing me to where I am now from: -

Exhibiting nationally.

Artist in residence at various venues.

Arts co-ordinator setting up major art projects Nationally.

Creating educational courses aimed at different levels in the community.

Working with several universities in the north of England.

Lecturing and running workshops at the Tate gallery Liverpool.

Eleven years specialised tour guide in the Lady Lever gallery.

Bringing up two children alone. 

 

 

Now I live by the sea in Devon, I am a contemporary artist I work in:-

Land art

Sculpture

Painting

Photography

Writing, producing several publications and always working on another!

Gardening, my wild flower garden is a joyous creative space and I tend it every day.

I study Classical guitar and have written several contemporary pieces.

I have found and collected a myriad of wonders along the coast here .

I work in my studio every day, the process of exploring and making art fascinates me

I never tire of it. I am  presently creating work for a new exhibition to be shown next year.
