I collected worn
discarded plastic bits and pieces over about one year. I spent
most of the day arranging them in patterns from red through to
blue. The light and shadows changed as usual and as I took the
photographs - as if by magic the cool blues were in shadow and the
reds in the light . I took a series of pictures which were shown as part of the 'Tide of treasure' exhibition at the Burton gallery. This particular picture was very difficult to put together -( thanks to Andy for his help) The pink photo (back) is one of my favourites as the composition really works. I love this beach it's called Down End (North Devon) I am always there. |
