Keeping a record of the way I work and the processes I use is an integral part of my working practice. 

I make constant notes of ideas, experiments, problems and solutions, including the people who are involved and the support they give.

Considering these things I now keep all this information together in one place -in one book.  And the book itself has become part of the project.
